This autumn, EXPO Krakow will once again become a central meeting hub for the fastener industry. On October 14-15, 2026, the 9th edition of the FASTENER POLAND® trade fair will bring together over 150 exhibitors from 18 countries. The event will once again prove that the capital of the Małopolska region is exactly where key purchasing decisions are made and contracts are negotiated to drive the global growth of businesses.
The global reach of this year’s edition is best demonstrated by the debut of an exhibitor from as far as Japan, bringing their own dedicated showcase to Krakow for the very first time. Choosing Poland as the venue for such meetings is no coincidence, however. For years, our country has been solidifying its position as one of Europe’s key suppliers of fasteners, and the domestic market continues to show remarkable resilience to economic fluctuations.
Fasteners: the key to maintenance
A major highlight of the agenda will be the dedicated Fastener Zone for Maintenance Services. This is a space where professionals visiting the concurrently held MAINTENANCE trade fair can explore a vast array of fasteners vital for the servicing and upgrading of manufacturing plant infrastructure. It presents an excellent opportunity for procurement and technical departments to jointly evaluate available innovations, thereby optimizing both the time and costs of their visit to the fair.
The Meeting Zone: forging new relationships without barriers
With companies in mind that hadn't planned to rent a full-sized exhibition space, or are first-time participants wanting to maximize the event's potential, the organizers are once again rolling out the Meeting Zone. This setup significantly lowers the barrier to entry, enabling sales representatives to showcase their offerings and build B2B relationships in a specially prepared, branded environment – without the overhead of traditional booth construction.
Industry knowledge all year round
Today, FASTENER POLAND® is more than just an autumn gathering; it is a dynamic platform for continuous knowledge exchange. To help the industry navigate a rapidly shifting economic landscape, the organizers have launched a monthly newsletter on LinkedIn. In the editions released so far, subscribers have gained insights into current CBAM policies and their associated challenges, production organization, and effective industrial marketing strategies.
One ticket, triple the business value
This year, an entrance ticket to FASTENER POLAND® unlocks a wealth of broader expertise, granting access to the co-located MAINTENANCE and SYMAS® trade fairs. Thanks to this synergy, professionals, buyers, and technical directors can explore solutions across several interconnected sectors during a single business trip, securing a comprehensive market overview.
Participating in FASTENER POLAND® offers direct access to the latest trends and pivotal expertise in fixing and joining technologies. It is an environment where exhibitors elevate their brand recognition among industry leaders, while visitors analyze the competition and forge highly valuable commercial ties.
Be right where the future of the entire industry is shaped, and join us this mid-October.
